Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to discover, try, buy and use WebSite X5 independently. This page explains how accessible our online services are, what we are still fixing and how to contact us.

This statement is published under Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), and the AgID Guidelines on the accessibility of services.
1. Who provides the service

2. Services covered
- incomedia.eu: Incomedia's corporate website.
- websitex5.com: the WebSite X5 website, with product information, prices, trial download, blog and tutorials.
- shop.incomedia.eu: cart and payment for licences, managed on our behalf by 2Checkout (Verifone).
- guide.websitex5.com and helpcenter.websitex5.com: guides and support community.
What you can do with these services
You can read about WebSite X5, compare licences and prices, download the trial version, buy a licence by credit card or PayPal, browse guides and tutorials, and get support via chat, email, phone or the community.
3. Compliance status
Our services are partially compliant with the requirements of Annex I of Legislative Decree 82/2022, assessed against the EN 301 549 standard and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
Some content is not yet fully accessible: you will find it listed below, together with the timeline for fixing it.
4. How we meet the requirements
- Every page declares its language, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- Pages have clearly defined areas (header, menu, main content, footer) and a link to skip straight to the content.
- You can enlarge pages with your browser's zoom; the layout adapts to smartphones and tablets.
- Links and buttons can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible indicator of the selected element.
- No video plays automatically.
- We do not use automated tools (so-called “overlays”) that alter pages instead of providing real accessibility.
- You can also use our services by phone, from requesting information to completing a purchase.
5. Content not yet accessible
We are fixing the issues listed below and expect to resolve them by . In the meantime, you can get the same information and complete a purchase by phone or email.

- Some images and icons have no text alternative, so screen readers do not describe them. (WCAG 1.1.1)
- Some links and buttons, including the logo, the language selector and the FAQs, have no name that screen readers can read. (WCAG 2.4.4, 4.1.2)
- Some text, especially on the Pricing page, in the blog and on Incomedia's pages, does not have enough contrast with the background. (WCAG 1.4.3)
- The language selector cannot be fully operated with the keyboard. (WCAG 2.1.1)
- The “skip to content” link does not become visible when it receives keyboard focus. (WCAG 2.4.7)
- Some pages have no visible main heading, or have more than one. (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Contact forms identify fields only with placeholder text, without visible labels, and do not indicate required fields to screen readers. (WCAG 1.3.5, 3.3.2)
- Some videos may not have captions. (WCAG 1.2.2)
Cart and payment (shop.incomedia.eu)
- The PayPal button, the card expiry date field and the payment details frame have no name or label that screen readers can read; some fields have no visible label. (WCAG 3.3.2, 4.1.2)
We have reported these issues to 2Checkout, which manages the cart, and will update this page with the timeline for the fixes.
6. Third-party services
Some features are provided by external companies. We check their accessibility as far as possible and, if a service cannot be used, we offer an alternative by phone or email.

7. Alternative channels
If you have difficulty using our websites, you can ask for information, get support and buy a licence:
- by phone on +39 0125 253491, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 (Italian time, CET/CEST);
- by email at accessibility@incomedia.eu.
On request, we can also provide the information on this page orally.
8. Tracking
We do not use web tracking techniques from which a user's disability could be inferred, such as the use of screen readers, magnifiers or device accessibility settings.
9. Reports and requests
You can report an accessibility issue or request content in an alternative format by writing to accessibility@incomedia.eu. Tell us the page and the problem you found: we will reply within 30 days.
10. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our reply, or do not receive one within 30 days, you can submit a report to the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the supervisory authority for these services, following the procedure published in the Accessibility section of agid.gov.it. You can also contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your own country.
11. How we ensure accessibility over time
- We check accessibility with automated tools and manual tests (keyboard, screen readers, zoom) before publishing new pages or templates.
- Our websites are built with WebSite X5: accessibility fixes are added to the product, also benefiting our customers' websites.
- We ask external providers for information on the compliance of their services and report any issues we find.
- We record the reports we receive and use them to plan fixes.
- We update this page after every significant change and at least once a year.
